Click on People Central in the left navigation and then 'Analysis' on the far right hand side to locate the Skill Gaps button.
The Skill Gaps allows you to run a report based of various groupings of all employees and displays any gaps of required competencies not acquired.
- Group by Competency
- Group by Position
- Group by Employee
You can export these results by clicking on the 'Export' button.
