Contracts Roles

Accessing Contracts is done within the Facilities Central on the left navigation.

Users are required to have a combination of roles and categories allocated to them in order to be able to to update contracts for existing contractors.

The role applicable is:-

Administrator - Contracts

  • Create a new Contractor
  • Create contract types
  • Update contract information
  • Forecast Contract Expiry
  • Widget - Contracts Forecast


All roles and categories are allocated via User Administration.
