How to View the Deleted Forms Log

The Deleted Forms Log produces a list showing who deleted the record why the record was deleted.

To access the Deleted Forms Log go to Workplace Central and click on Analysis. 

From here you are able to search by:

  1. Form ID number
  2. Date the form was deleted
  3. Click Search to show all deleted forms

Click 'Export' to download a spreadsheet of the records for your file.
