A sub form is any special type of attachment to a form which can be saved when the form is saved as any status (Draft, Active or Finalised).
It is an ERM Online form which allows you to attach information that is relevant to the form and has a true association with the main form and is available to be included in exported information.
Injury Forms - sub forms could include medical certificates, witness statements or photos of where the incident occurred.
Once the main form has been submitted you will receive a confirmation page, click on the +New Blank Form Template : Sub Form button as per below.
When viewing the details of the form, click on the Associations tab and click on the +New Blank Form Template : Sub Form button as per below.
