Adding/Amending Expiring Competency Emails

People Central Settings can be found by selecting People Central in the left hand navigation and clicking on 'Settings' on the far right hand side.

By clicking on the Configuration button you can set up the following emails:-

Training Co-Ordinator Emails

Enter the email address of the person/s who will receive the following emails:-

These emails are hard coded, cannot be tailored, and are sent to the Training Co-ordinator on the 1st of the month.


Employee Emails

There are four types of emails which are sent directly to an Employees.

1. Notification of an Expiring Competency
This is sent to the Employee to advise that their competency is due to expire.
Ensure that there is a number in the Employee Competency Expiry Email Days field otherwise this email will not be sent

2. Notification of an Expiring Activity
This email is sent to the Employee to advise that their activity is due to expire.
Ensure that there is a number in the Employee Activity Reminder Email Days field otherwise this email will not be sent

3. Notification to complete an Online Form
This email is sent to the Employee either by 'Send Dashboard Link' or 'Send Emails' links with instructions to access on online forms that is related to a Competency or an Activity.

4. Notification to complete Online Activity Form - Overdue
This email is sent to the employee when the activity is overdue with instructions to complete the activity.

Click on the Submit button to save any changes made.
