Pro-Forma Text can be setup with some commonly used text when recording actions against a Work Order Request.
If you have a standard text that you use regularly to populate the ‘Work Done’ field when you ‘Record An Action’, you can create numerous ‘Pro Forma Text’ templates that you can choose from to populate this field automatically to save typing each time.
These are setup via Facilities Settings - Miscellaneous - Pro Forma Text.
Click on the '+Add New' button and configure the following fields:-
- Tree Node - Choose from the group from the drop down list the pro forma text will be associated with
- Name - Enter the name of the new pro forma text
- Text - Type your information
Click on the 'Submit' button when all information has been entered.
